No. We will open an account for you in Rapidi, it's all free of charge.


No, we will settle with the merchants each month.


Our drivers are available for delivery from 9:00am-6:00pm. If an order is placed after 6:00pm, we will process it the next day.


Normally, drivers will not contact recipients. If you have special needs, please specify when you place your order.


If you request a signature proof of delivery, the driver will try again. After another failed attempt, the driver will bring the item back to the pick-up location. You will still need to pay for the shipment.
